Our engagements are succinctly defined in Project Scope Plans that have clearly delineated scope parameters, deliverables and timelines. Our fee structure can also be creative and flexible but is predominantly either a fixed fee for a project, a success fee based upon the achievement of specific project objectives or a combination of both. We are very careful to only accept assignments where we are confident that we can be successful. In order to make this assessment, we invest the front end time that is necessary to get to know the client, the situation and the project and therefore we do not charge for initial discussions or meetings.
